Blogging for $$
Smorty.
Yeah! This is the future! If you haven’t heard about this Advertising Agency, it turns word of mouth (actually word of bloggers) into $$! Advertisers pay Smarty for their service and Smorty pays the bloggers who ‘advertise’ (really just write stuff) for the clients! How does it work? Well, if you’re a blogger, you go to their web site, meet their requirements for blogging (they will review your blog and either approve it or give you further requirements in order to get it approved), and then you write blog entries for companies that are signed with them. Pretty easy.
It’s pretty much getting paid to talk! I mean, if you read some blogs, people are just blathering on and on about things that hardly matter to them, much less, the reader! This gives them a chance to ramble on and get paid for it!
How do you get paid? You gotta have a PayPal account. It’s easy to get one! With it, you can send and receive money by email…essentially. They send you money when submit blog entries for them. Very cool.
Ethics. You get to choose which products you’ll ‘advertise’ for, which means you don’t have to lie and say something’s a great product when you think it stinks or you’ve never tried it. Right now, it doesn’t seem like there’s much of a choice of clients, but I think more opportunities open up the more you blog.
Don’t worry, I’ll let you know when I’m blogging for money. If there’s nothing about Smorty, then it means I’m not getting paid.
