Recently Natalya & I went on a trip to Sweden. It was an ok trip, but there was some bad weather and some snags and delays and frustration on the way back. Here's a short video from the boat trip:

So I'm all alone, sitting down (it could be anywhere) and I'm blogging. Cool. How? I've got my phone open. I'm drafting an email. I'll probably save this draft for posting at another time, but eventually I'll send it, as an email, from my phone. It goes to Vox. Their system recognizes the email address I'm sending and routes it to be posted on my blog. A few minutes (seconds?) later, the world can read my thoughts. Too cool. Just thought I'd write the post acknowledging the technology that lets me post whenever or wherever (almost) I am, regardless of how little I use the feature. :-)
I bought this book awhile ago, and just got around to starting it today. It seems to make a lot of sense and I plan to start implementing some of the ideas tomorrow at work. As I was reading, I felt impelled to start right then, and, in a small way, I did!
We were thinking of going to Lichtenstein today, but our friends wimped out on us, and so we were being lazy, and finally decided to go down to Baden Baden and get naked! It's ok, everyone does it there. In fact, people come from around the world to enjoy the thermal baths there. We didn't know whether we'd go to the more modern Caracalla or
the classic Friedrichsbad, but we decided on the Caracalla as we were driving into town. Unfortunately, there were so many people that had the same idea, there was a long line to get in! You had to wait for someone to leave before you got to move forward one space.
So we got some food at the restaurant on the premises and hoped the line would get shorter, but it doubled while we enjoyed our overpriced food. We decided we'd try the Friedrichsbad after all!
There was also a line there, but not nearly so long, so we waited. It didn't take so long. Natalya decided to get the brush massage and I decided to go without. The brush massage consists of someone of the same sex brushing you with soap. I did it once, but I felt a little weird having a guy rub me (even though it's indirectly because he's using a brush) while I'm naked. Natalya said hers was good.
After the sauna, we went to a Bavarian restaurant, either called Loewenbrau or serving it, or both, and ate and then drove back to Heidelberg. It was a good trip!
